    Podkovy kapra umyjeme a zalejeme mliekom, v ktorom ich necháme cca 2 hod. Potom ich vyberieme a osušíme. Následne rybu nasolíme a obaľujeme v trojobale. Do strúhanky môžeme pridať aj nastrúhaný tvrdý syr, ktorý tomu dodá syrový nádych. Chuť vianočného kapra môžeme zjemniť našim 82 % maslom.

    Do naváženej múky rozbijeme vajíčko, pridáme cukor, trochu soli a tuk. Potom vo vlažnom mlieku rozmočíme droždie, cukor a hrsť múky a toto všetko následne vlejeme do pripraveného cesta. Spracovanú hmotu necháme vykysnúť. Z kysnutého formujeme “bobaľky”, ktoré pečieme v rúre okolo 20 minút.

    Upečené bobaľky dotvorte roztopeným maslom Melina a posýpkou.

    Najprv si pripravíme cuketové špagety. Použijeme buď škrabku, alebo cuketu nastrúhame ručne. Následne začneme s prípravou holandskej omáčky. Do veľkej misy si oddelíme žĺtky od bielkov. Žĺtky osolíme, okoreníme kajenskou paprikou, mletým muškátovým orechom a nakoniec pridáme citrónovú šťavu. V malej rajnici si na miernom ohni roztopíme maslo tak, aby sa neprepálilo. Keď je maslo roztopené zmes žĺtok a korenín dáme s misou nad hrniec s vriacou vodou. Zmes pomaly miešame metličkou až kým sa nám nespoja žĺtka s citrónovou šťavou. Za stáleho miešania začneme pomaly prikvapkávať do zmesi maslo. Po použití všetkého masla pokračujeme v miešaní zmesi až kým nám nezačne hustnúť a odstavíme ju z hrnca s vriacou vodou.

    Na rozpálenú panvicu pridáme trošku masla, nakrájaný cesnak a nastrúhanú cuketu. Cuketu osolíme, dochutíme čiernym korením a za občasného miešania opekáme asi 5 minút.

    Lososa osolíme a okoreníme z oboch strán, nakrájame ho na jednotlivé porcie a dáme ho grilovať na stranu, na ktorej je koža. Keď sa losos ugriluje zhruba do polovice otočíme ho a grilujeme ešte pár minút. Na tanieri môžete jedlo dozdobiť kajenskou paprikou a podávať.

    Na začiatok si nakrájame údené mäso, očistíme a nakrájame zeleninu a do základu si nezabudneme nakrájať cibuľu a cesnak. Na rozpálenú panvicu si dáme maslo, na ktorom si opražíme cibuľu a cesnak, ktorý pridáme až nakoniec aby nezhorkol, pridáme nakrájanú zeleninu, údené mäso, zalejeme bielym vínom a počkáme kým sa odparí alkohol.

    Pridáme krúpy, bobkový list, soľ, korenie, podlejeme vodou a necháme variť. Počas varenia dolievame vodu aby bola zelenina a krúpy stále zaliate, ku koncu, keď sú už krúpy skoro úplne mäkké necháme vodu odpariť a pred koncom pridáme maslo. Všetko dobre premiešame a podávame.

    Celé kurča si rozdelíme na viac častí, podľa počtu osôb, veľkosti kurčaťa a podobne. Časti kurčaťa si dokoreníme a opražíme v hrnci dozlata. Opečené mäso vyberieme z hrnca. V hrnci si následne opražíme dozlata cibuľu a pridáme mletú papriku, s ktorou si cibuľu ešte chvíľu popražíme. Cibuľu s paprikou zalejeme vodou a do hrnca pridáme opečené časti kurčaťa, bobkový list a nové korenie. Hrniec prikryjeme a perkelt necháme variť 30 – 45 minút.

    Kým sa mäso uvarí úplne dojemna pripravíme si halušky. Cesto si pripravíme v mise z vajíčok, vody a postupne za stáleho miešania dosypávame múku. Cesto osolíme a pomocou haluškára si pripravíme halušky. Uvarené halušky scedíme a zmiešame s tvarohom a petržlenovou vňaťou.

    Keď je už mäso v perkelte uvarené, pridáme smotanu a omáčku povaríme približne 5 minút. Omáčku nakoniec dochutíme soľou a korením.
