    Špekáčiky nakrájame a dáme ich opekať na panvicu. Zatiaľ čo sa nám špekáčiky opekajú si nakrájame cibuľu. Keď už sú špekáčiky opečené vyberieme ich z panvice a dáme opekať cibuľu, ktorú osolíme a okoreníme.

    Keď sa nám cibuľa opečie pridáme cesnak, špekáčiky a všetko zalejeme tmavým pivom. Pridáme bobkový list a nové korenie. Varíme dokým sa nám pivo nezredukuje zhruba o polovicu, vtedy pridáme kečup s horčicou a celú zmes premiešame. Nakoniec pridáme maslo, ktoré zamiešame, necháme rozpustiť a môžeme podávať, najlepšie s chlebom.

    Začneme prípravou tuhšej zeleniny. Mrkvu a karfiol si nakrájame na rovnako veľké časti a pomaly opekáme na masle aby chytili farbu a zmäkli. Keď je už zelenina opečená pridáme nakrájaný cesnak a nakoniec premiešame. Kým sa mrkva s karfiolom opekajú pripravíme si mäkšiu zeleninu.

    Do misy nakrájame cuketu, žltú a červenú papriku, mladú cviklu, šampiňóny a hrášok zo strukov. Pridáme aj petržlenovú vňať. Keď máme mäkkú zeleninu nakrájanú pridáme k nej opečenú mrkvu a karfiol. Zeleninu v mise osolíme, pridáme mletý, alebo strúhaný muškátový orech a zelené korenie. Celú zmes premiešame.

    V druhej mise si zmiešame vajíčka so smotanou na varenie a zmes ochutíme mletým muškátovým orechom. Zapekacie misky si vymastíme maslom a vysypeme strúhankou. Zeleninovou zmesou naplníme zapekacie misky a zalejeme zmesou vajec a smotany na varenie. Navrch nasypeme strúhanú mozzarelu a dáme zapekať do rúry pri 180°C zhruba na 30 až 45 minút.

    Do vriacej vody si dáme variť prepeličie vajíčka na 7 minút. Po siedmich minútach vajíčka vyberieme a hneď zachladíme aby sa ďalej nevarili.

    Do misy si očistíme a na malé kúsky nakrájame reďkovky, jarnú cibuľku a pažítku. Pridáme soľ, korenie, pár kvapiek citrónovej šťavy, jemný tvaroh a kyslú smotanu. Všetko premiešame.

    Následne si na masle opečieme hrianky. Šalát servírujeme na hriankách, dozdobíme pažítkou a navrch položíme natvrdo uvarené prepeličie vajíčka.

    Do misky si pripravíme umytý baby špenát. Následne pridáme na drobno nakrájanú červenú cibuľu a na kocky nakrájaný syr Fellada. Dokoreníme, pridáme limetkovú šťavu a olivový olej.

    Na suchej panvici si dozlatista opečieme mazanec. Husaciu pečeň si nakrájame na plátky, z oboch strán osolíme, dokoreníme a krátko pečieme na rozpálenej panvici.

    Pri servírovaní do šalátu pridáme vlašské orechy, med a celé jedlo dozdobíme bylinkami.

    Z kečupu, soli, korenia, cesnaku a čerstvej bazalky si pripravíme paradajkovú nátierku. Pečivo si rozkrojíme na polovice a potrieme ich pripravenou nátierkou. Na nátierku následne navrstvíme šunku, paradajku, VEĽA syra a nakoniec všetko prikryjeme druhou polovicou pečiva s nátierkou. Vonkajšie strany toastu potrieme maslom a pripravené toasty ukladáme do rozpáleného toastera alebo grillu. Toasty opekáme dozlatista alebo dokým nie sú dokonale chrumkavé.
