    Očistenú a nakrájanú cibuľu začneme pražiť na masle, pridáme nastrúhaný zeler a nakrájané zemiaky. Opečenú zeleninu následne zalejeme vodou, ale len povrch opečenej zeleniny. Pridáme cesnak a dochutíme soľou, čiernym korením a bobkovým listom. Zeleninu necháme pomaly variť skoro domäkka. Kým sa nám varí zelenina oberieme si mäso z údených pstruhov. Hlavu a kožu môžeme vložiť k variacej sa zelenine, aby sa nám spravil silnejší údený vývar.

    Kým sa nám varí vývar, dáme si variť vodu na pošírované vajíčka. Keď sú už zemiaky v polievke skoro uvarené pridáme smotanu na varenie a uvaríme domäkka. Následne pridáme mäso zo pstruha, hrášok a polievku na peci vypneme. V pripravenej vode si uvaríme pošírované vajíčka.

    Servírujeme tak, že do misky najprv vkladáme zemiaky s mäsom zo pstruha, zalejeme vývarom, posypeme petržlenovou vňaťou a navrch položíme pošírované vajíčko.

    Do vyhriatej rúry na 180 stupňov dáme upiecť hlávku cesnaku. Cuketu si umyjeme a nakrájame na kocky.

    Zalejeme vodou, osolíme, okoreníme a varíme do mäkka. Rozmixujeme tyčovým mixérom a pridáme taveny syr.

    Opäť premixujeme.

    Upečený cesnak vytlačíme zo šupiek, rozpučíme a zmiešame s olivovým olejom. Podávame s polievkou.

    Predtým, ako začneme robiť čokoľvek iné, si dáme predhriať rúru na 180°C, umyjeme zemiaky a dáme ich piecť asi na 30-40 minút (podľa veľkosti zemiakov). Kým sa nám pečú zemiaky, pripravíme si šalátik. Umyté reďkovky nastrúhame na najhrubšom strúhadle, pridáme pokrájanú mladú cibuľku, osolíme, okoreníme a zalejeme kvalitným reďkvkovým alebo repkovým olejom a necháme postáť bokom. Očistenú cibuľu nakrájame na kocky a opečieme na masle do zlata, pridáme upečené zemiaky, zalejeme vodou a necháme prevrieť. Pridáme smotanu a bryndzu a celú polievku rozmixujeme. Podľa potreby dochutíme soľou a podávame v miske dozdobené bohatou lyžicou reďkovkového šalátu.

    Ja vždy robievam polievku tak, že začínam maslom. Maslo je základ. Necháme si ho rozpustiť, pridáme cibuľu prekrojenú na polovicu a opražíme reznou stranou do zlata.

    Primiešame na kocky nakrájanú zeleninu. Osmažíme. Primiešame šošovicu. Osolíme a okoreníme. Zalejeme vodou.

    Polievka je rýchla, lebo červenú šošovicu nie je potrebné dlho variť. Varíme 20 – 25 minút na miernom ohni, kým šošovica nie je uvarená.

    Podávame posypané čerstvou vňaťou z petržlenu či koriandra.

    Pridajte na hrubo nakrájaný medvedí cesnak, nechajte zovrieť a rozmixujte na hladkú polievku. Na zjemnenie pridajte šľahačkovú smotanu.
