    Preosiatu múku zmiešame s práškom do pečiva, najemno nastrúhaným syrom (trošku syra odložíme bokom na posypanie), pridáme soľ, kyslú smotanu a nahrubo nastrúhaný tuk. Zo surovín vypracujeme cesto, ktoré na jemne pomúčenej doske rozvaľkáme cca na 3 až 5 mm a radielkom rozkrájame na trojuholníky.

    Trojuholníky preložíme na plech s papierom na pečenie, potrieme ich rozšľahaným vajíčkom a posypeme zvyškom nastrúhaného syra. Pečieme cca 10 až 15 minút pri teplote 180°C.

    Medvedí cesnak dôkladne opláchneme, v sitku vysušíme a pokrájame na väčšie kúsky. Následne medvedí cesnak rozmixujeme ponorným mixérom v kyslej smotane. Pridáme maslo, tavený syr a zasa dôkladne rozmixujeme. Podľa chuti pridáme soľ a čierne korenie.

    Hotovú nátierku natierame na chlieb, môžeme dozdobiť nakrájanými lístkami medvedieho cesnaku.

    Do studenej vody dáme variť kyslú kapustu. Zvlášť dáme variť sušené hríby. Keď sú hríby uvarené, scedíme ich a podľa chuti pokrájame na menšie kúsky. Vodu z nich nalejeme do hrnca s uvarenou kapustou.

    Urobíme si maslovú zápražku z masla a nadrobno nakrájanej cibuľky. Osmažíme, pridáme múku a nakoniec papriku. Keď je zápražka hotová, zalejeme ju studenou vodou, rozmixujeme ponorným mixérom a pridáme do kapusty. Premiešame a pridáme zátrepku z kyslej smotany, smotany na varenie a múky. Nakoniec pridáme pokrájané hríby, všetko dobre premiešame a prevaríme.

    V hrnci s hrubším dnom si na miernom ohni rozpustíme med a cukor. Pridáme maslo, žĺtka a vajcia. Mixérom zmes vypracujeme na hladkú kašu. Dávame pozor, aby bola hmota stále vlažná a neprehriala sa (aby sa suroviny neuvarili). Pridáme sódu bikarbónu a znovu mixérom rozmixujeme (stále dávame pozor, aby sa hmota neprehriala). Do hmoty pridáme polovicu preosiatej múky a vymiešame hladké cesto.

    Keď nám cesto zhustne vyklopíme ho na dosku a zapracujeme zvyšnú časť múky. Hladké vymiesené cesto odložíme do chladu na 1 – 3 dni. Pred pečením ho necháme zohriať na izbovú teplotu. Rozvaľkáme, vykrojíme tvary, potrieme rozšľahaným vajíčkom, ozdobíme orechom a pečieme v rúre pri teplote 180°C na plechu vyloženom papierom na pečenie.

    Z mlieka, cukru a kvasníc si pripravíme kvások, ktorý po vykysnutí zmiešame s múkou, soľou, vajíčkami, rozpustenou bravčovou masťou Melina a oškvarkami, následne vypracujeme cesto. Cesto rozvaľkáme na jemne pomúčenej doske a preložíme ho ako lístkové cesto – trikrát po 15-tich minútach.

    Cesto rozvaľkáme na hrúbku 1 cm a začneme vykrajovať pagáčiky, ktoré ukladáme na suchý plech. Na plechu pripravené pagáčiky potrieme vajcom, spravíme nožom alebo mriežkovým krájadlom na zemiaky mriežku a pečieme v horúcej rúre 10 minút.

    Pre spestrenie môžeme z cesta zapletať malé pletenky zo štyroch pruhov cesta.
