Do karamelu z hnedého cukru a vody pridáme očistenú a nakrájanú rebarboru, spolu varíme do zmäknutia a do sirupovej konzistencie. Popri redukovaní sirupu si môžeme pripraviť lievance. V mise zmiešame hladkú múku, cukor, vanilku, vajce, kypriaci prášok, mlieko a trošku soli. Premiešame a pečieme na maslom vymastenej panvici. Kým jedna ruka pečie lievance, druhá môže pripraviť ochutený tvaroh. Zmiešame extra jemný tvaroh, hnedý cukor, šľahačkovú smotanu a vanilku. Lievance nakrájame na rezance, na tie pridáme náš vymakaný ochutený tvaroh, ktorý polejeme rebarborovým sirupom a odporúčame posypať pomarančovou kôrou a čiernym korením, samozrejme, čo by to bolo za dezert, bez
