Vo vriacej a osolenej vode si uvaríme čierne šošovicu, nie však úplne NA MäKKO, len tak “al dente”. Zatiaľ si na suchej panvici opečieme tenké plátky slaniny, ktoré potom poukladáme na tanier vystlaný servítkom. Na panvici v ktorej nám ostal tuk zo slaniny opečieme očistené kuracie prsia, do zlata z obidvoch strán, nezabudneme osoliť a okoreniť.Opečené ich dáme dopiecť do trúby vyhriatej na 180°C na asi 12-15 minút. Zatiaľ si na suchej panvici opečieme strúhanku, pridáme ju k nasekanej slaninke, ktorú sme si opiekli, pridáme nasekanú petržlenovú vňať čierne korenie. Pripravíme si šalát z uvarenej šošovice, nakrájanej reďkovky, pažítky a nezabudneme na cmarový dresing. Ten pozostáva z cmaru, kyslej smotany, olivového alebo kvalitného repkového oleja, trošky octu a soli. Odporúčame hotové kuracie prsia servírovať nakrájané na vymiešanom šaláte a posypané posýpkou.
