Postup: Mleté mäso osolíme a dochutíme mletým čiernym korením, dôkladne premiešame a necháme odležať.
Kyslú smotanu zmiešame s pretlačeným cesnakom a na jemno nakrájaným chilli, dochutíme soľou.
Zatiaľ si nakrájame paradajky a cibuľu na plátky, avokádo krájame až tesne pred servírovaním, mohlo by nám zoxidovať.
Panvicu si dáme predhriať na stredný plameň. Z mäsa vytvarujeme placky o trošku väčšie ako sú kaiserky.
Opekáme asi tri minúty na jednej strane, otočíme, na mäso položíme syr Tislauer a dopekáme asi ďalšie tri minúty.
Na vedľajšej panvici si zprudka opečieme na polovicu rozrezané kaiserky, ktoré predtým potrieme maslom.
Ak máme všetko hotové, môžeme začať vrstviť. Na spodnú časť žemle natrieme kyslú smotanu a postupne ukladáme cibuľu, paradajky, mäso s roztopeným syrom, avokádo a uzavrieme vrchnou časťou tiež potretou kyslou smotanou. Môžeme prepichnúť dreveným prepichovadlom.
