Cmar, múku, vajce, sódu bikarbónu, obe cukry, pomarančovú kôru a postrúhaný muškátový orech v miske vymiešame na cesto bez hrudiek.
Pridáme roztlačený banán a cesto necháme postáť asi 15 minút. Panvicu potrieme olejom a cesto naberáme polievkovou naberačkou keď je už panvica rozohriata.
Obraciame, keď sa nám na povrchu začnú tvoriť bubliny. Medzi ešte teplé lievance môžme dať tenký plátok masla. Každú porciu polejeme javorovým sirupom.
