Postup prípravy

Z nasekaných pistácií, hnedého cukru, múky, soli, masla a žĺtka si vypracujeme cesto. Dáme ho chladiť na 30 minút do chladničky.

Tortovú formu s priemerom 24 cm obalíme alobalom.

Na dno tortovej formy dáme maslové cesto. Pečieme ho vo vyhriatej rúre približne 15 minút.

Na predpečený korpus dáme tvarohovú plnku.

Plnku si pripravíme vo veľkej miske. Vymiešame vajíčka s cukrom, pridáme vanilku, krémový tvaroh a kyslú smotanu. Aby sme získali jemnú konzistenciu, premiešame dôkladne aj šľahačom.

Tvarohovú plnku vylejeme na predpečený korpus. Do plnky nastrkáme rovnomerne maliny, tak aby z jednej tretiny trčali.

Pečieme vo vodnom kúpeli približne 1:00 hod. až 1:20 hod.

Upečený koláč necháme chladiť ideálne cez noc.

Vyšľahnú smotanu dáme na vrch schladeného koláča, posypeme pistáciami a obsypeme malinami.
