Do menšieho hrnca vložíme zcedené slivky z kompótu s časťou šťavy, krupicový cukor, škoricu a mleté klinčeky, povaríme a zredukujeme tekutinu do zhustnutia.
Hotový a dochutený kompót dáme vychladiť. Roztopíme si maslo a necháme na chvíľu schladiť. Sušienky rozdrvíme vo foodprocesore alebo v rukách a zalejeme roztopeným maslom, rozdelíme do pripravených pohárov.
Krémový tvaroh vložíme do misy spolu s práškovým cukrom, makom a citrónovou kôrou. Všetky suroviny vymixujeme tyčovým mixérom, podľa chute možeme ešte pridať cukor.
Pridáme na husto vyšľahanú tortovú šľahačku a lízatkom jemne miešame, aby sme nestratili objem a jemnosť tvarohu. Tvarohovo-makovú plnku naplníme do zdobiaceho sáčku a položíme do chladu.
Na pripravený sušienkový základ navrstvíme slivkový kompót a na ten zasa striekame tvarohovú plnku. Dozdobíme mletou škoricou, alebo pomarančom, lístkom mäty.
