Postup prípravy

Ako prvé si dáme variť zemiaky v šupke, po dovarení zcedíme. Filety z kapra nakrájame na 4 porcie, osolíme a uložíme do zapekacej misy kožou dole.

Posypeme kaparami, petržlenovou vňaťou, zakvapneme citrónovou šťavou a napokon zalejeme smotanou.

Dáme piecť pri 180tich stupňoch na 30 – 45 minút, podľa veľkosti filetov. 15 minút pred dopečením kapra si pripravíme prílohu.

Na masle si speníme na drobno nakrájanú cibuľu, k nej pridáme zemiaky, ktoré predtým rozpučíme, pridáme aj zeleninovú zmes, okoreníme, osolíme a za občasného miešanie opekáme do zlatista. Dochutíme horčicou.

Na tanier najprv naberieme prílohu, cez ňu preložíme filet z kapra a polejeme zvyškom smotany zo zapekacej misy aj s kaparami.
